This week your gel pack has really helped me. Last Friday I felt my back go and it really hurt. I  went to a Chiropractic Unit. I was not to sit down for 24 hrs only lie down or walk!!! Plus put ice on it. Here is where the gel pack came in. I put in the fridge and I now wear it next to my skin all the time (apart for when it has to go back to get cold) and it really is doing the trick. Many thanks.
