Chiropractors know all about how useful gel packs are, especially those that can remain flexible when frozen.  Chiropractors usually keep a supply of gel packs on hand to use in treating their patients, but also often end up giving away their gel packs to their patients for home treatment.  If you are a chiropractor, why not customise the gel packs with your name and details of your practice?  That way, you get free advertising every time your patient uses the gel pack that you gave or sold them.  Bear in mind that while your patients will use their gel pack for therapy, they will also use it for other things, like headaches, in their coolers, or to keep warm when its cold.  So every time they use their gel pack, or even simply open their freezer, they see the name of their chiropractor.
