Ordering made easy!

This page explains the ways in which you can order, and also answer some frequently asked questions regarding ordering and shipping (scroll down).

You can order in many ways:

To do an online order, go to our products page and find the product you would like to buy.

• Click on 'order now'.
• You will then be given the opportunity to customise your order.  Using the drop down menus, choose the size, colour etc. for the product you have chosen.
• Once your customising is complete, the price will be shown to confirm your product choice.  Click on the  'Add item to cart' button.  This will take you to the secure Paypal site, where you can choose the number of items of the type you have chosen.
• If you wish to continue shopping, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button and choose and customise your next item.
• Once you have completed your shopping, click on 'Secure Checkout'.  This secure Paypal site will show you your order and the applicable shipping costs.
• If you are a customer from the USA, you will be able to pay using your credit card.  If not, you can sign into your Paypal account (or open a Paypal account very easily for free) and process you order.  You will be sent a receipt through Paypal and your order will be processed.

What if I don't want to pay online?

No problem - all you need to do is email, phone or fax us your order and we will be in contact with you to organise payment by cheque or money order.

How long will it take to get my gel packs?

We will make your gel packs within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt of the order.  Our standard shipping is by surface mail, if you order online, and can take typically 1 to 2 weeks within Canada, or 2 to 3 weeks within the United States.

Can I use different shipping options?

Yes.  If you want to get your gel packs quicker than by using standard surface mail, we have a number of shipping options available, at different prices.  All you need to do is email or phone us for a quote.

Can I get a discount for ordering large quantities?

Yes.  To qualify for a discount, contact us directly rather than ordering online.  We offer discounts for quantities of 50 or more.
