Visitors purchasing goods and services through such store will need to provide a valid credit card number and expiration date, in addition to name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address.  Our secure online payment system is administered by PayPal.

• Promotions

To participate in some of our promotions, you may be asked to provide an e-mail address and name, so that we can let you know if you won a prize.  For other Custom GelPax Inc. promotions, we may request your name and home address in order to send you products or information by regular mail.
